For the past a decade, Bobette's Take Out has been dedicating the month of February to helping the Beth-El Center. February is 'Butternut Buddy" Month' at Bobette's Take Out, 127 Gulf Street in Milford. For every sale of their Butternut Bisque soup, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Beth-El Center.
Bobette Moore and co-owner Gary Caulfield, who started their operation with just a hot plate, are proud of their original soup recipes including their famous mussel chowder. With over 100 varieties made from fresh, quality ingredients, Bobette's serves up a different combination of seasonal or customer favorites daily.
All Butternut Bisque purchases at Bobette's during February will help the needy and alleviate homelessness and hunger in Milford. View the full menu at Bobette's Take Out by visiting http://www.bobettes.com/.
