Anyone seeking emergency shelter and housing should dial 2-1-1, Select option 3 then option 1.
If you're in need of housing or shelter, call 2-1-1 to reach a trained Housing Specialist who will perform an initial assessment, make referrals as needed and schedule an appointment with a duty services coordinator. This does not guarantee immediate shelter or housing placement.
2-1-1 connects you, at no cost, to health and human services in your community. Find local services you need such as housing/shelter, food, crisis intervention, substance abuse assistance, health care and more.
Please visit https://www.211ct.org/ for additional health and human services information or call 2-1-1.
If you need assistance in contacting 2-1-1 or have additional questions regarding food or shelter access, please call 203.876.0747, e-mail us or stop into the Center for a drop-in case management meeting
