Register for the 13th Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K

It's time to register for the Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 26, 2024, starting at Lisman Landing in Downtown Milford. The Trick or Trot is now in its 13th year and averages over 500 participants. Runners and walkers, who are encouraged to wear costumes, will enjoy scenic routes through the Milford Harbor and Fort Trumbull Beach areas.

The Trick or Trot 5K has been added to the Milford Road Runners 2024 Grand Prix series of twelve races. This year Chaz from WPLR's Chaz and AJ in the Morning will be master of ceremony for the event.

The 5K raises funds for the Beth-El Center to support those experiencing hunger and homelessness in the greater Milford, CT shoreline and lower Naugatuck Valley areas.
